  We celebrated Milo's 3rd Birthday this past weekend and it was a blast thanks to his Mommy the superb party thrower extraordinaire! And Marty came up all the way from Florida for Milo's bday celebration and had a short but sweet visit with us.
  
  The weather has finally become consistently non-rainy and we're enjoying it. I'm between semesters right now, enjoying family time. Ben continues to sleep like a champ (I know, we just can't get over this) and Milo is almost 100% potty trained.
  
  Everyone is continuing to do great.

  Merritt and the boys recovered from the cold (I have yet to catch it) soon enough to have a very busy weekend.
  
  First, down to San Jose to Ethan, Wendy, Ethan and baby Lucas's house where Uncle Soomyung and Auntie Aija were visiting. Ray and Sunnie joined us as well. We grilled lots of kalbi and it was delicious. Milo loosened up after a bit and enjoyed himself a lot. It was great to see everyone!
  
  Then on Sunday we celebrated Mother's Day with a hike in Marin County with a bunch of other families. Milo and I hung out on our own for most of it, since he didn't feel like hiking but just hangin'. There was a big picnic afterwards and we had a blast.
  
  Then that evening we went to see Peter Laub and his family at their new house that they recently bought in Oakland. After that we had a good night's sleep.
  
  Everyone is doing well especially now that they're over their respective colds. Ben loves to coo and squeal, he's managing to find his fingers for sucking about 50% of the time. He's a very mellow kid. This coming Saturday we celebrate Milo's 3 year birthday!

  Merritt, Ben and now Milo are all sick with a pretty bad cold. I'm the only one that has avoided it so far but I doubt that I'll escape it.
  
  Mert and Ben went to Greensboro, NC for a few days and Milo and I were on our own. Everbody did well.
