  We celebrated Christmas with Merritt's family in Telluride, Colorado. We had a great time skiing and Milo absolutely LOVED spending time with his cousins. Telluride is a beautiful place to vacation.
  
  The high altitude, dry air, catching a cold, cutting his first tooth, sleeping in a strange place made for a few sleepless nights but Milo was a happy, happy kid during the day. In fact, he was in great spirits during the week as well as the (rerouted) flights.
  
  Merritt and I feel completely different now that Milo is doing so amazingly well. It's a new life!

  We started supplementing Merritt's nursing with additional formula from a bottle. After 20 minutes of nursing and then 3 different solids (babyfood,) he will still drink up to 8 ounces of formula. Ever since he has been one happy camper, sleeping through the night without a peep. During the day he still may miss a nap or two, but is still a very happy baby nonetheless. So the answer all along was to just keep feeding him more and more and more...

  Thanksgiving at Uncle Paul and Auntie Catharine's in Salt Lake City was a wonderful time. Milo got a bit of a cold and didn't sleep much but was happy the whole time. Of course it helped that he was the center of attention the whole time.
